Can I apply for a credit account?
Yes, definitely. We call it the CONVENIENT BILL 14 DAYS LATER facility. It is for businesses, companies and organisations. We do not at this time have such facilities for individual, however.

How much is the minimum usage I must have in an invoice?
No, we do not force a minimum usage like CONTRACT COURIERS. Use as little or as much. It is up to you.

How do you bill me under the CONVENIENT BILL ME 14 DAYS LATER facility?
Our invoicing cycle is every two weeks. One covering the period  1st to 15th day of the month and the other from 16th to the end of the month. Thus, we send out invoices twice a month by fax only.

Do you send out invoices by mail?
No, we only send out invoices by fax. It is stated in your application for this facility.

Will you be introducing invoicing by email or download?
Yes, very soon. This is the 21st Century. Posting is yesterday's news.

How soon must I pay up on the invoice?
All our clients pay us immediately on invoice day. You are billed 14 days later and so it becomes immediately due. This is a convenience account... for your convenience only.

Courier Services generally cannot provide prolonged financing. We have to keep our cost low in order to pass on the benefits to you in term of service reliability. For finance information, your finance company is the source for more info.

How can I apply?
Just simply print the application form . Fill it up and place your company rubber stamp or seal and fax it back to us to 6-295-1169.
 

How long do I have to wait for approval?
Just fax it over and it is INSTANTANEOUS. You can call immediately on credit just after faxing.

Will you call me to tell me about my status for credit?
No, once you fax the form over, it will be already approved unless something is amiss.

Can you send your salesman over ?
We have dispense with external sales staff years ago. So we can pass on the saving to our clients in lower prices. Remember our prices are as low as $4.
